From the moment we walked into the showroom we were made to feel like anything we needed would be arranged. Stella’s customer-facing skills were superb and the professionalism and attention to detail that Kevin, in his measuring and product recommendations, and Ian, in his installation of the new shower and enclosure could not have been surpassed by anyone. We are so pleased with the outcome. Having visited or contacted half-a-dozen companies to update our shower without finding one that I thought prioritized our needs, I remembered IBKS from years ago and thank goodness I did. Thanks to all at IBKS and it looks like we will be back in touch next year once Sue found out you did bedroom furniture as she wants our wardrobe changing!

Needed a shower enclosure in super quick time after being let down badly by another bathroom company. After ringing and speaking with Stella, she was able to supply and deliver within 2 days. Stella emailed us early on the day of delivery to give us the bad news that the enclosure had been supplied to them damaged, so the delivery wouldn’t be happening when we expected but Stella then contacted us to say that she could supply a different enclosure at a higher cost but there would be no extra cost to us, although it would be a couple of days later. The enclosure arrived extremely well packed and early in the morning giving us time to tile the shower area ready for installation. we could not be more impressed with the service we received and we would highly recommend Innovative Bathroom & Kitchen Solutions.

Can’t thank Stella and Kevin enough for the excellent advice and planning of our bathroom. The installation of the bathroom was carried out whilst we were on holiday. The workmanship is 1st class and we couldn’t have had a better team to carry out the work.

Our bathroom was beginning to look rather tired and dated and I was having great difficulty clambering over the rim of our bath to have a shower.

We then decided to have the existing bathroom taken out and replaced with a more modern one incorporating a walk-in shower (my days of being able to carry out such work myself are long gone).

We visited several bathroom showrooms before visiting Innovative Bathroom & Kitchen Solutions. Both the service we received and the range of products to choose from were excellent.

They came to our house and took detailed measurements of the room and produced a detailed plan and estimate. We received the quotation and went to the showroom to finalise details of finishes and fittings.

We agreed a price and were given an installation date and duration of installation period. The work started on the agreed date and was finished in the agreed period.

The finish was to an exceptionally high standard and included stripping out of the existing and disposal of the debris, re-boarding the ceiling, installing down lighters and removing and re-fixing the ceiling radio speakers, tiling the floor and walls (cladding panels to shower cubicle walls), removing the radiator and re-plumbing it with a ladder type towel rail on a different wall, fitting a shower cubicle, shower (electric shower swapped for a mixer shower fed by our combi boiler), loo, cupboards and basin.

The work was carried out with minimal disruption and mess.

I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others – and I am not easily impressed having worked 40+ years in the construction industry!

I would like to thank you both for your professionalism & help when we approached you to refurbish our small bathroom. Other bathroom companies were reluctant to visit for advice & one failed two appointments and wouldn’t return phone calls.

Lucky for us having dealt with you over 15 years ago we drove by to see if you were still in there.

After initial discussion in your well stocked show room, you arrived dead on time to give us advice at our home. It was especially useful with regards to VAT deduction due to mobility issues.

You helped with colour swatches and further advice and all in all it was a very friendly process.

The fitting took place on time and completed within the agreed timescale (in fact a day earlier) it is of a very high standard in comparison with other bathrooms in our complex and competitively priced
